Request deletion of your Seven Fortune account and eligible personal data, get a copy of your information, correct it or exercise another data protection right. These requests are free. Account closure and erasure are reviewed separately from cancellation or refund requests.
Available wherever you use Seven Fortune. Our response targets preserve Kenya’s shorter periods: access within 7 days; most other requests within 14 days; portability within 30 days or one calendar month, whichever is sooner. Shorter applicable legal deadlines take priority. We explain lawful exceptions and proportionate verification. Where applicable, you may complain directly to the ODPC or an EU/EEA supervisory authority.
