Terms of use
This legal notice is currently available in English. Contact us if you need help understanding it.
1. Operator and scope
Seven Fortune is operated by MijiniTech Limited. Contact our privacy and support team at sevenfortunem@gmail.com. Our configured business address is NextGen Mall, 2nd Floor, Suite 15 & 16, Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya. On partner-branded sites, the named fleet company also handles data and rental services in its own capacity; contact details appear in the footer and booking confirmation.
These core terms govern the site and Seven Fortune's platform service wherever available. Local supplier agreements identify the service country; mandatory local protections continue to apply. Your confirmed rental agreement identifies the fleet supplier, vehicle, dates, price and rental conditions. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights take priority over inconsistent terms. Keep a copy of your booking confirmation and applicable agreement.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 to create an account, provide accurate information and safeguard access. Notify us of unauthorised account use. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful content, bypass security, scrape private data, submit fraudulent documents or interfere with availability. We may restrict misuse proportionately and explain the action where appropriate. You may request account closure through Privacy requests.
3. Requests, confirmation and prices
Submitting an enquiry or reservation request does not by itself guarantee a vehicle or complete a rental agreement. Some fleets reserve dates automatically and others require owner confirmation. Check the confirmation status, final quote and supplier conditions before payment or travel. Review and correct your dates, contact details and extras before submitting.
Prices show their currency and billing period. One rental day is 24 hours from pickup; an additional part of a day counts as another day unless your written agreement provides otherwise. The displayed client rental rate includes any platform charge built into that rate. Selected extras, applicable VAT, delivery costs and any security deposit must be disclosed in the final quote before commitment. Currency conversions are indicative unless expressly fixed in a quote.
4. Rental requirements and responsibilities
The supplier confirms valid licence, age, identity, insurance, permitted drivers, mileage, fuel, usage area, delivery and return conditions. Confirm these before paying. Cross-border travel, off-road use and additional drivers require supplier authorisation where specified. Record vehicle condition at handover and return, follow road laws, and promptly report breakdowns, damage or incidents.
Only charges and deductions supported by the agreement, applicable law and evidence may be applied. Ask for clarification of insurance cover, exclusions and any excess before accepting. Do not assume that every listed vehicle includes a chauffeur, airport delivery, unlimited mileage or comprehensive cover.
5. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Use approved payment instructions and retain your receipt. A request to cancel, change dates or obtain a refund needs review; deleting your account is a separate process. Our Cancellation and refund policy explains how to request help and how statutory rights are preserved. No supplier-specific cancellation penalty should be imposed unless lawfully disclosed and agreed before payment.
6. Imports and third-party services
Import listings and sourcing enquiries are subject to a separate written quote or purchase agreement covering availability, inspection, logistics, duties, delivery and cancellation. Rental cancellation rules do not automatically govern a vehicle import. Third-party authentication, maps and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Content and service availability
Site content belongs to its owners and may be used for evaluating and managing your booking. Do not misrepresent it as your own or republish private information. We aim for accurate listings, but availability and estimates can change; we will address material errors before confirming a transaction. If a confirmed service cannot be supplied, we will offer lawful remedies under the refund policy.
8. Liability and disputes
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the agreement and law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remedies for misleading statements, or your statutory consumer rights. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of injury, fraud or privacy claims.
Kenyan law governs the platform service, subject to mandatory protections otherwise applicable. Contact support with your reference and requested resolution. You remain free to approach the relevant regulator or competent court; there is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory complaints in these terms.
9. Changes and notices
Changes to these site terms apply prospectively. Confirmed transactions remain governed by the terms accepted for that transaction unless a lawful change is agreed. The version date identifies the terms presented with a rental request.
